Practice your on the spot thinking by writing and speaking up! You'll go up against members from other chapters in a friendly competition of writing and OR speaking competitions. It's nothing to shy away from, we encourage you to check it out! If you're speaking up, dress to impress.

P90X KENPO X WORK OUT WITH MARLENE

About an hour of work out to make you break a sweat! Don't worry if you can't keep up, it's all in fun to get you active! Bring your water, mat (some stretching on the ground) & towel to wipe your sweat. Workout shoes a must! P90X Peak Recovery Formula avaialable after workout for $2 (need to bring own water bottle)
