As your future 2009 Newsletter Editor, I would really want everyone's opinion on the design of the newsletter.

I've been hearing some comments from some members that they want the "Jeepney - The News that Travels" Newsletter title back.  So, I've been working on a design with that.  I hope everyone agrees to go back to the "Jeepney" slogan as it is catchy.  Attached you will find a template of what I propose as the newsletter.  Also, attached is the newsletter logo, which I hope to put in the website, where there will be a section for the newsletter.  So, thus far, I would like to propose an e-newsletter, so that there is more traffic into our website.

I would like everyone's opinion on "paper" newsletter, where you would print them out and send them through snail mail to our members.  I would like to open a discussion on that at the strategic meeting or in this email, since some of you might not be able to make it.  Anyways, I really don't mind designing it as a paper and having it as a PDF attachment in our website...where users/visitors probably click on the newsletter logo, which opens the attachment of a "paper" newsletter.  I guess you could tell that I am not to fond of the "paper" newsletter as it incurs printing costs.  Let me know what you guys think.
