Transparency

A copy of the bylaws should be posted. It is strange for a group of people to abide by rules they don't know about.
I gather that it is not that complicated. A sound set of bylaws should do nothing except setting guidelines aimed at preventing abuse. It's not high level jurisprudence is it?
We are a small group and there really is no money to steal. We do have a reputation to aphold.
