12th Annual Installation & Scholarship Banquet
Submitted by admin on Tue, 12/15/2009 - 10:26am.As the year begins with our newly elected officers, the Honolulu Filipino Junior Chamber of Commerce (HFJCC) is continuing to inspire and encourage its members to dream, share, and implement their big ideas. To support the idea of building a community of strong leaders, we host a banquet to formally install the incoming officers of HFJCC and award scholarships to many deserving high school seniors pursuing a higher education. Our keynote speaker that day will be Mayor Mufi Hannemann of the City and County of Honolulu.
Cost - $30 for chapter members, $40 for nonmembers.

PAMANTASAN 2010 CONFERENCE

The conference objective is to bring Filipinos together to learn about the many things going on in our community. We hope that through networking and fellowship, participants will gain pride and knowledge, and in turn be empowered to make a difference in our families, school, and community. Pamantasan, a word in the Tagalog language, translated in English to mean higher education, is an annual conference that brings Filipino students from all of the ten UH system campuses to engage in discussion addressing the concern of under-representatio
Concerts by renowned Hip-Hop artists Bambu (formerly of the Native Guns) andRocky Rivera at Next Door and Fresh Cafe in Downtown.
Registration Fees: $20
**Fees for STUDENTS are $7 for ONE day and $10 for both days
Late Registration for all: $10 for 1 day and $20 for both days are reduced at $7 for 1 day and $10 for both days
Tickets for Evening Shows are not included in Registration Fees.
